About this role
Farmacias del Ahorro seeks a Multifuncional in a pharmacy setting to ensure excellent customer experience, selling products and services, and adhering to operational protocols on the sales floor and at the counter. This role is based in Cancún and requires on-site availability.
Responsibilities include ensuring the customer service process, sales, and cash handling, opening and closing cash registers, organizing, restocking, and facing products on the sales floor, conducting product counts for inventory control, maintaining a clean and orderly work area, and dispensing medications through prescriptions (training provided).
Qualifications include completed secondary education and at least 6 months of experience in customer service, sales, and/or cash handling.
