About the Role The Multidisciplinary Manager leads Industry Solutions Engineering (ISE) and Software Engineering teams at Microsoft to deliver customer-focused solutions by solving complex problems with cutting-edge technology. - Lead and manage cross-disciplinary teams in Industry Solutions Engineering and Software Engineering to deliver end-to-end solutions for customers.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs, translate them into actionable technical plans, and ensure successful delivery.
- Drive technical excellence, mentoring, and a culture of continuous learning within the teams. What We're Looking For
