About the Role Microsoft is seeking a Multidisciplinary Manager for Industry Solutions Engineering (ISE) / Data Science. The role focuses on solving customer problems with cutting-edge technical solutions and advancing data science initiatives within a collaborative team environment. What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers in Industry Solutions Engineering and Data Science.
- Partner with customers and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
- Drive program management, strategy, and execution to meet business objectives.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Promote continuous learning and adoption of new technologies within the team. What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership and people-management experience in technical domains.
- Deep experience in data science, analytics, ML/AI, and solution delivery for customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills, customer focus, and ability to work across organizations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field. Nice to Have
- Experience in Industry Solutions Engineering or related Microsoft ecosystems.
- Prior work with cross-functional, global teams.
