Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Multi Technician to join our team at ibis Hyderabad Hitech City, India. In this role, you will perform a diverse range of technical duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our organization's facilities and equipment. Your expertise will ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment while delivering exceptional support to our stakeholders. - Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems using industry-standard tools and techniques
- Repair and maintain equipment such as motors, heaters, controls, and other building systems while adhering to safety standards
- Conduct regular safety inspections across all areas of the property and take immediate corrective action to address potential hazards
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of electrical systems, including circuits, load capacities, and safety limits, ensuring compliance with established standards
- Test electrical equipment and systems for safety and efficiency, documenting findings and recommendations
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of fire alarm systems and emergency protocols, ensuring all systems function properly
- Assist stakeholders with inquiries regarding facility operations in a helpful, informative, and professional manner
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance for organizational tracking and analysis
- Collaborate with team members and management to prioritize maintenance tasks and meet operational goals
