About the Role Volvo Action Service (VAS) supports Volvo Group customers across Europe during breakdowns. You will use your language skills to assist customers with international breakdowns, own the breakdown resolution, communicate with dealers, and keep customers informed in a proactive, creative way within a 24/7, multinational team. What You'll Do
- Use language skills (English, French and Italian) to support customers with international breakdowns.
- Take ownership of breakdowns and provide peace of mind to customers.
- Communicate regularly with the dealer performing repairs and update customers on progress.
- Think creatively and work in a team to solve problems and ensure round-the-clock service. What We're Looking For
