What you will do:
- Deliver remote IT support across multiple SMB client environments within an MSP framework.
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services including Intune, Entra, and Defender.
- Support the integration and rollout of Microsoft Copilot and AI-driven workplace tools.
What is required:
- Demonstrated experience working within an MSP or multi-client IT support environment.
- Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Intune, Entra, Defender).
- Familiarity with backup solutions, security best practices, and RMM platforms.
