About the Role
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Medical Science Liaison team to achieve strategic objectives.

Drive high-quality scientific engagement with healthcare professionals and medical experts through the field team.

Champion evidence-based, compliant scientific exchange and medical education activities.

Gather and translate external insights into actionable medical and cross-functional strategies.

Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Clinical Research, and other key stakeholders.

Build and strengthen scientific partnerships with academic institutions, societies, and healthcare stakeholders.

Foster a patient-focused, insight-driven culture that promotes performance, growth, and innovation.

Essential Requirements

Advanced scientific degree such as Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Philosophy, or equivalent.

Proven experience in a Medical Science Liaison or comparable field-based medical role.

Strong ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical and scientific data.

Experience collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Solid understanding of healthcare systems, research, evidence generation, and medical governance.

Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and relationship-building capabilities with internal and external stakeholders.
