Job title: MSF RiderCoach
About the Role
The RiderCoach will train and coach riders in motorcycle safety and riding techniques for Cape Fox Corporation. This role requires MSF RiderCoach certification, independent motivation, and the ability to travel and work long hours.
What You'll Do

Instruct and demonstrate motorcycle riding exercises to trainees on a training range.

Assess student progress and provide coaching per MSF RiderCoach standards.

Maintain safety protocols, PPE, and equipment; ensure compliance with training range guidelines.

Travel as required; be prepared for long hours on site.

What We're Looking For

MSF RiderCoach Certification

At least 2 years' motorcycle training experience

High school diploma

Must be at least 18 years old

Authorization to work in the United States

Strong written and oral communication, organizational skills and attention to detail

Self-motivated with minimal oversight necessary

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; stand and walk on a motorcycle training range for 8 hours; ride a motorcycle during demonstrations

Willingness to travel; travel may be required

Ability to tolerate extremes of weather
