Job title: M&S VV&A Analyst
About the Role The M&S VV&A Analyst will support Verification, Validation, and Accreditation of Modeling & Simulation (M&S) systems for defense programs. Based in Huntsville, AL, this role ensures M&S assets meet requirements and are ready for operational use.
What You'll Do
- Conduct VV&A activities for modeling and simulation systems, including planning, execution, and documentation of verification and validation results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external customers to ensure performance, accuracy, and compliance with project goals.
- Develop technical documentation, status reports, and risk assessments, and contribute to technical reviews.
- Support transition of validated models into production environments and maintain traceability of requirements and results.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with modeling and simulation, verification and validation processes, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
- DoD or government-facing project experience is a plus but not required.
