About the Role The M&S Radar VV&A Analyst will support modeling & simulation validation, verification, and accreditation activities for radar systems in Huntsville, AL. This role partners with engineering teams to ensure VV&A rigor across programs for Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI). What You'll Do
- Provide VV&A analysis for radar M&S components and systems
- Support development and execution of verification & validation plans, test procedures, and documentation
- Collaborate with engineering and program teams to resolve VV&A findings and support program milestones What We're Looking For
- Experience with VV&A processes (verification, validation, accreditation) within radar, modeling & simulation, or related engineering environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team; onsite in Huntsville, AL
