About the Role The M&S Engineer role is based in Dayton, Ohio within Modern Technology Solutions, Inc.'s Engineering organization. This position focuses on modeling and simulation to support programs and technical objectives. What You'll Do
- Contribute to modeling and simulation efforts for engineering programs in Dayton, OH.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Support development, testing, and validation activities as part of program milestones. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic experience with modeling and simulation concepts and tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills. Nice to Have
- Experience with specific modeling/simulation tools and software commonly used in defense/engineering.
- Prior work on defense/aerospace programs.
