Job Summary

  • Own MRO and spare-parts procurement coordination for Operations & Technical, aligning spares availability with maintenance planning and critical-spares stock levels across the OTM asset base

Job Details

MRO Category Ownership:

  • Own the MRO and spare-parts category for Operations & Technical, including category strategy and framework agreements.
  • Maintain critical-spares definitions and reorder levels jointly with Maintenance and Materials.

Maintenance Interface:

  • Translate the maintenance plan and work-order pipeline into a forward procurement plan.
  • Prioritise sourcing by equipment criticality rather than by requisition arrival order.
  • Own demand planning and the stock interface for maintenance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree / HND in Mechanical, Electrical or a related Engineering discipline, or in Supply Chain Management; a relevant procurement certification (CIPS or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • 6–8 years of MRO or spare-parts procurement experience, preferably within EPCIC or oil & gas.
  • Strong working knowledge of maintenance planning and critical-spares management.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical.
