Position Overview: As an MP&L Manager, you will lead material planning and logistics activities to ensure uninterrupted production and efficient supply chain operations. You will play a key role in coordinating with suppliers, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to deliver materials on time, optimize inventory, and drive supply chain excellence within the Tunisia operation.
Responsibilities

Lead and develop the material planning and logistics team to support operational and production continuity.

Manage material planning processes to ensure timely availability of components and raw materials.

Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain reliable material flow and minimize supply risks.

Analyze customer demand and production schedules to identify constraints and implement corrective actions.

Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and ERP/MRP data integrity.

Monitor supply chain KPIs and implement action plans to improve service, inventory, and operational performance.

Drive successful product launches and engineering changes while minimizing material disruptions and stock losses.

Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, HR, and external partners to support business objectives and continuous improvement.

Experience Requirements

5+ years of experience in material planning, supply chain, logistics, or production planning within a manufacturing environment.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

Experience leading teams and managing end-to-end material planning and inventory processes.

Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, inventory control, demand planning, and supplier management.

Strong communication skills in French and English, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across functions.
