About the Role Process9 is seeking a MoxWords Platform Specialist to help drive adoption and successful usage of MoxWords, a unified translation platform that combines CAT, PMT, and CMS to streamline localization workflows. You will partner with teams to implement and optimize translations across 80+ languages, ensuring high quality and brand consistency. What You'll Do
- Promote and support the use of MoxWords across departments and projects.
- Assist with translation workflows, including terminology checks, spell checks, and translation memory reuse.
- Demonstrate live capabilities, guide customers through onboarding, trials, and feature usage.
- Manage document formats and ensure preservation of original formatting across MS Office, JSON, XML, and other file types.
- Coordinate projects and facilitate efficient localization for enterprise clients. What We're Looking For
- Interest or experience in AI-based translation platforms, CAT tools, and content management systems.
- Familiarity with translation memory, terminology management, and multi-language workflows.
- Strong communication and demonstration skills for live trials and case studies.
- Ability to work in enterprise localization settings and support diverse departments. Nice to Have
