About the Role Join Process9 to support MoxWords-PDF, an AI-powered tool that automates translation, reformatting, and PDF generation to deliver multilingual documents at scale. This role focuses on promoting and enabling localization workflows across industries in India, using a choice of deployment options—Interactive Portal, API, or Custom-Integrated translations.
What You'll Do
- Help customers deploy MoxWords-PDF via portal, API, or custom integrations.
- Support translation workflows for documents in 22+ languages, with emphasis on Indian languages.
- Ensure high-quality translations through terminology alignment and secure data handling.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with SaaS platforms, localization workflows, or document translation processes.
- Familiarity with API integrations and AI/ML-based translation concepts.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to banking, insurance, financial services, or healthcare localization requirements.
- Knowledge of translation memory and terminology management.
