About the Role Process9 is driving AI-powered voice technology with MoxVoice, a suite of TTS and STT capabilities. This role supports the development and integration of multilingual voice experiences, brand-specific voices, and localization workflows across digital assets. What You'll Do
- Collaborate on integrating AI-driven MoxVoice TTS/STT into websites, chatbots, and apps.
- Assist in configuring language-specific models, pronunciation rules, and locale settings.
- Support transcription, translation, and subtitle workflows for multilingual content.
- Work with API endpoints to transcribe audio or generate speech from text, matching required formats (mp3, wav, mp4, mpeg, m4a, webm).
- Help optimize voice quality, intonation, and user experience across channels.
- Participate in live demonstrations and case studies to showcase capabilities. What We're Looking For
- Passion for AI-powered voice technology and localization.
- Understanding of TTS/STT concepts, NLP basics, and API integration.
- Familiarity with audio/video file formats (mp3, wav, mp4, mpeg, m4a, webm) and localization workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. Nice to Have
- Experience with ML/NLP, Python or Node.js, cloud platforms, or developer tools.
