About the Role Cape Fox Federal Integrators is seeking a Motorcycle Safety Instructor (RiderCoach) to support U.S. Army requirements in the execution of teaching a motorcycle Basic Rider Course (BRC) and Advanced Rider Course (ARC). The total hourly pay range for this non-exempt position is $30.42 - $31.09 per hour for up to 40 hours per week, consisting of a base rate of $25.33 - $26.00 plus $5.09 per hour Health & Welfare (H&W), as required by Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) regulations. In addition to compensation, eligible positions offer a benefits package including holidays, paid leave, health, dental and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and a 401K with company match.
Instructors will provide standardized motorcycle training to military members at designated Army installations, facilitating BRC and ARC classes (classroom and range), maintaining class paperwork, pre-class prep, recording information to the website, and submitting completed paperwork to Cape Fox.
Must possess applicable motorcycle safety instructor certification and have excellent organizational skills with the ability to perform tasks without supervision. What You'll Do
- Facilitate scheduled BRC and ARC courses, including classroom and range instruction
- Handle all associated paperwork and maintain a safe range environment
- Maintain equipment and secure all training materials
- Pre-class preparation and recording of all information to the web site
- Ensure all completed paperwork is turned in to Cape Fox
- Comply with relevant policies and safety standards What We're Looking For
- Must possess applicable motorcycle safety instructor certification
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills; ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk on a motorcycle training range for an 8-hour period
- Ability to ride a motorcycle in demonstrations; comfortable with varying weather conditions Compensation & Benefits
