About the Role Cape Fox Federal Integrators is seeking a Motorcycle Safety Instructor (RiderCoach) to support U.S. Army requirements by teaching motorcycle Basic Rider Course (BRC), Basic Rider Course 2 (BRC2), Advanced Rider Course, and a nationally accredited driver safety course to military members at designated Army Installations. The instructor will facilitate classroom and range instruction, maintain paperwork, and ensure completion is submitted to Cape Fox. Must possess applicable motorcycle safety instructor certification and demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to work unsupervised. What You'll Do
- Facilitate scheduled BRC, BRC2, ARC, and driver safety courses at Army installations; conduct classroom and range instruction.
- Maintain class paperwork, pre-class prep, and record information on the company website; ensure all completed paperwork is turned in to Cape Fox.
- Maintain a safe range environment and secure all equipment.
- Perform tasks as promised and adapt to the physical demands of the role (lifting up to 25 pounds, standing for 8 hours, riding a motorcycle for demonstrations, tolerating weather extremes). What We're Looking For
- Applicable motorcycle safety instructor certification.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work unsupervised and fulfill commitments.
- Experience delivering motorcycle safety instruction and ability to facilitate BRC, BRC2, and ARC courses (classroom and range). Compensation & Benefits
- Total hourly pay: $31.02 per hour (base $25.93 plus $5.09 Health & Welfare) for up to 40 hours per week.
