About the Role
Cape Fox Federal Integrators seeks a Motorcycle Safety Instructor (RiderCoach) to support U.S. Army requirements by teaching Basic Rider Course (BRC) and Advanced Rider Course (ARC). This on-site role involves delivering standardized motorcycle training to active duty soldiers at designated Army Installations.
What You'll Do

Facilitate BRC and ARC courses (classroom and range)

Maintain class paperwork, pre-class preparation, online recording of information, and submission of completed paperwork

Ensure a safe range environment; secure equipment

Coordinate with Army installations and schedule courses

Adhere to Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) for up to 40 hours/week and the applicable pay structure (base rate plus Health & Welfare)

What We're Looking For
-
Valid RiderCoach certification or applicable motorcycle safety instructor certification

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; stand and walk on a motorcycle training range for an 8-hour period; ride a motorcycle to demonstrate riding exercises; tolerate extremes of weather

Experience teaching BRC/ARC or equivalent motorcycle safety training

Strong classroom, hands-on instruction, and paperwork management skills

Experience working with military personnel or familiarity with Army training standards

Compensation & Benefits

Total hourly pay: $27.09 per hour for up to 40 hours per week (base $22.00 + $5.09 Health & Welfare)

Non-exempt position; benefits may include specified holidays, paid sick and vacation leave, and 401K with company match
