About this role
Cape Fox Federal Integrators is seeking a Motorcycle Safety Instructor (RiderCoach) to support the U.S. Army by teaching Basic Rider Course (BRC) and Advanced Rider Course (ARC) to active-duty soldiers at designated Army Installations. This role combines classroom and hands-on range instruction, with responsibilities for paperwork, pre-class prep, and online recordkeeping. The position is an hourly, non-exempt role with seasonal weekday training from March through October.
What You'll Do

Facilitate scheduled BRC and ARC courses for military members at designated Army Installations

Conduct classroom and range instruction and maintain a safe training range environment

Manage class paperwork, pre-class preparation, online recording of information, and submission of completed paperwork

Ensure equipment is secured and training materials are organized and available

Comply with Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) and RiderCoach certification requirements

Maintain physical readiness for on-range activities and weather exposure

What We're Looking For

Current motorcycle safety instructor certification as a RiderCoach

Experience delivering BRC and ARC or comparable courses, with ability to teach both classroom and on-range sessions

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; stand and walk on a motorcycle training range for up to 8 hours; ride a motorcycle for demonstrations; tolerate extremes of weather

Strong paperwork, record-keeping, and online data recording skills

Ability to work on-site at Army Installations and coordinate with military personnel

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay: $39.74/hour for up to 40 hours per week (base $34.65 + $5.09 Health & Welfare per hour)

Schedule: Weekdays only; roughly two BRCs per week or two BRCs plus one ARC during the March–October season
