About the Role
Cape Fox Federal Integrators is seeking a Motorcycle Safety Instructor (RiderCoach) to deliver Basic Rider Course (BRC) and Advanced Rider Course (ARC) to active duty soldiers at designated Army installations. The instructor will provide standardized motorcycle training, combining classroom and range instruction, and will handle class paperwork and online recordkeeping. The Instructor must possess a RiderCoach certification and will operate in accordance with Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) regulations.
What You'll Do

Facilitate scheduled BRC and ARC courses (classroom and range) for military personnel at Army installations.

Handle all associated paperwork, pre-class preparation, and online recording of information, including submission of completed paperwork.

Maintain a safe range environment and secure all equipment.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and training schedules.

Coordinate with installation staff to support training seasons (typically March through October) on weekdays.

What We're Looking For

Applicable motorcycle safety instructor certification as a RiderCoach.

Ability to facilitate BRC and ARC classes for military members; strong classroom and range instruction skills.

Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds; stand and walk on a motorcycle training range for up to 8 hours; ride a motorcycle for demonstration; tolerate extremes of weather.

Strong administrative skills: paperwork, pre-class prep, online records, and submission of completed documents.

Willingness to work at Army installations on a seasonal schedule (March-October) with weekday training.

Compensation & Benefits

Total hourly pay: $39.74 per hour for up to 40 hours per week (base $34.65 + $5.09 Health & Welfare) as required by SCLS.
