About the Role
Cape Fox Federal Integrators seeks a Motorcycle Safety Instructor (RiderCoach) to support the U.S. Army in delivering Basic Rider Course (BRC) and Advanced Rider Course (ARC). The instructor will provide standardized motorcycle training to military members at designated Army installations, including classroom and range instruction, with a seasonal schedule from March through October.
What You'll Do

Facilitate scheduled BRC and ARC courses for active duty soldiers at designated Army installations.

Deliver both classroom and range instruction, including pre-class preparation and post-class paperwork.

Maintain class paperwork, record course information online, and submit completed paperwork in a timely manner.

Maintain a safe range environment and secure all equipment used during training.

Ensure adherence to RiderCoach certification requirements and SCLS-based compensation expectations.

What We're Looking For

Possess a valid motorcycle safety instructor certification as a RiderCoach.

Ability to facilitate BRC and ARC courses and work with military personnel; strong organizational skills for paperwork and record-keeping.

Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand and walk on a motorcycle training range for up to 8 hours, ride a motorcycle for demonstrations, and tolerate extremes of weather.

Excellent communication and instructional skills; reliable and able to work on weekdays during the training season.

Compensation & Benefits

Total hourly pay: $28.43 per hour for up to 40 hours per week (base $23.34 plus $5.09 Health & Welfare per hour) as required by SCLS regulations.
