Advance Services, Inc. is hiring for two Service Technician opportunities with a great local employer. We're looking for skilled, dependable mechanics who take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy diagnosing problems, making repairs, and working with their hands.

We are currently hiring for:

Motorcycle / ATV Service Technician

If motorcycles, ATVs, and small engines are your specialty, this could be a great fit for you!

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and overhaul motorcycles, ATVs, Honda engines, and other small-engine equipment.
• Troubleshoot engine, fuel, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Perform repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Complete work orders and service documentation.
• Provide professional customer service and explain repairs or recommendations when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety policies and maintain a positive team attitude.
• Perform occasional off-site service calls using a company service truck.
• Take advantage of advanced technical training and opportunities to expand your skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous mechanical or Service Technician experience preferred.

• Experience working on motorcycles, ATVs, small engines, or Honda engines is a plus.

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

• Valid driver's license preferred.

• Diesel / Agricultural Equipment Service Technician

• If your background is in diesel engines, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, or heavy equipment, we'd like to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, rebuild, and overhaul diesel engines, agricultural equipment, and construction equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, fuel, engine, and mechanical systems.
• Set up, assemble, and repair farm implements and agricultural equipment.
• Replace and repair components including bearings, disks, harrows, chains, shafts, seed cups, tires, and hydraulic cylinders.
• Perform occasional welding and fabrication.
• Complete work orders, service records, and parts tracking accurately for billing.
• Provide professional customer service and explain repairs or recommendations when needed.
• Perform occasional off-site service calls using a company service truck.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and maintain a positive team attitude.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience repairing diesel engines, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, or related equipment.

• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.

• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

• Valid driver's license preferred.
