About the Role

• Ileero Go is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Motion Designer / Video Producer to develop high-quality visual content that communicates our brand identity, showcases our services and supports our marketing campaigns.

• We are looking for someone with strong expertise in motion graphics, animation, video production and post-production. The ideal candidate must be able to transform ideas, concepts and creative briefs into visually compelling brand videos, animated advertisements, service explainers and promotional content.

We are particularly interested in candidates who can produce professional-quality motion design and animated videos comparable to the creative references provided during the application process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations and promotional videos.
• Create professional brand videos, animated advertisements and service explainer videos.
• Develop engaging 2D and 3D animations, kinetic typography, transitions and visual effects.
• Produce promotional videos showcasing Ileero Go's chauffeur services, airport transfers and transportation experiences.
• Handle video production from concept development and storyboarding to filming, animation, editing and final delivery.
• Transform creative briefs and marketing ideas into compelling visual stories.
• Edit and enhance video footage using professional post-production techniques.
• Create engaging video content for digital advertising, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative campaign concepts.
• Maintain consistency in visual quality, brand identity and creative standards.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver quality work within agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in motion design, animation and video production.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating professional motion graphics, animation and video production.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Experience with 2D animation, 3D motion graphics, kinetic typography and visual effects.

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, typography, transitions and sound design.

• Ability to develop storyboards and translate concepts into finished video productions.

• Experience producing promotional videos, brand films and product/service explainers.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of Blender, Cinema 4D or other 3D animation tools is an added advantage.

Salary

N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly
