UBS is hiring a Mortgage Loan Coordinator to join its Mortgage Fulfillment team, based in Mumbai, India, supporting the US book of business for Private Mortgage Bankers within UBS Global Wealth Management. The team provides mortgage fulfillment services enabling Private Mortgage Bankers to assist UBS Wealth Management clients with residential real estate financing.
Key responsibilities
- Order, follow up on, and review third-party items such as homeowners insurance, title commitment, tax transcripts, fraud reports, verification of rent/mortgage, compliance reports, and subordinations
- Support Private Mortgage Bankers throughout the processing transaction with daily communication, expectation setting, and status updates
- Coordinate with Private Mortgage Bankers and Underwriting on solutions for complex transactions
