About the Role Hands-on platform engineer role responsible for managing, optimizing, integrating, and automating hybrid/multi-cloud environments through workflows, tasks, catalogs, identity controls, monitoring, backup, and resource management. Strong troubleshooting and scripting depth are central to the position. What You'll Do
- Implement and enhance monitoring systems using integrated command center monitoring and event monitoring tools to improve operational reporting and streamline information flow.
- Collaborate with clients to comprehend their requirements and ensure that the support team consistently meets or exceeds client expectations in service delivery.
- Lead and mentor the project team, fostering transparent communication of project goals and driving team accountability in achieving operational excellence.
- Drive innovation in process development by leveraging insights from Technical Operations Center and IT support monitoring to enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
- Provide tailored solutions that align with customer needs and operational capabilities, optimizing the use of Network Operations Center and batch monitoring tools to achieve desired business outcomes. What We're Looking For
- Proficiency with Morpheus, automation, administration, Terraform, Ansible, Python, PowerShell, Bash, REST APIs, Azure, AWS, VMware, Linux, self-service catalog, multi-tenancy, provisioning, and chargeback.
- Hands-on platform engineer experience managing hybrid/multi-cloud environments with strong troubleshooting and scripting depth.
- Ability to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams; strong communication and mentoring skills.
