About this role
Moonlighter Pediatric Hospitalist opportunity at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. This role offers PRN/moonlighting and both part-time and full-time positions within a supportive, close-knit pediatric hospitalist program.
What You'll Do
- Provide Well Newborn Care and Inpatient Pediatric Care
- Co-manage PICU patients with on-call Pediatric Intensivists
- Collaborate with a breadth of affiliated Pediatric Subspecialists
- Participate in a mix of 24-hour and day shifts with flexible scheduling at a single site
- Work within a hospital system with 24/7 in-house Neonatology and Anesthesia support
- Engage with the Pediatric Emergency Department and on-campus behavioral health partnerships
What We're Looking For
- BC/BE Pediatrician
- PHM fellowship trained and/or Pediatric Residency graduates encouraged to apply
- Previous hospitalist or pediatric inpatient experience a plus
- Ability to work a mix of 24-hour and day shifts; moonlighting/PRN opportunities
Nice to Have
- Experience co-managing PICU patients and collaborating with subspecialists
- Familiarity with Magnet-recognized nursing environments
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $150/hour
