About the Role

Support the implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting of HIV program activities across AHNi-supported facilities, ensuring data quality, compliance and evidence-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HIV program monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
• Ensure accurate data collection, collation and reporting across NMRS, DHIS and NDR.
• Conduct data verification, validation and quality assurance exercises.
• Support M&E planning, implementation and review.
• Facilitate daily data collation and reporting.
• Collaborate with Strategic Information teams on data analysis and decision-making.
• Prepare program reports and highlight successes and challenges.
• Support health information systems and M&E tools across supported facilities.
• Liaise with IT officers on M&E computing resources and system errors.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and complete, accurate and timely reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in M&E systems.
• Experience implementing M&E systems for Global Health Initiatives at project, state or national level.
• Familiarity with Global Fund reporting systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of DHIS or NMRS is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other key computing applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and under pressure.
• Resourcefulness, flexibility and ability to work in challenging environments.
• HND in Statistics, Mathematics, Pharmacy or Microbiology or related field.
