About the Role Join Nolato Contour as a Mold Technician responsible for setting up molds and ensuring smooth operation of molding equipment in a medical device manufacturing environment. You’ll split your workday between the air-conditioned factory and outdoor checks, while keeping safety and quality at the forefront to help produce life-saving medical components. What You'll Do
- Use precise processes and tools to set-up molds in a variety of machines.
- Use our software to view job requirements, print work orders, and view the production schedule.
- Learn the molding cycle to the point it’s memorized.
- Follow and apply all safety rules.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment failures.
- Perform Water Main Shutoff and Electrical Power Down/Power Up procedures when needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance on the molds.
- Prepare equipment for upcoming work orders.
