We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager with a strong background in Infor CloudSuite EAM to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of optimizing processes and enhancing operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead initiatives and drive improvements in asset management and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Utilize Infor CloudSuite EAM to manage asset lifecycle, maintenance schedules, and compliance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
• Lead training sessions for staff on Infor CloudSuite EAM functionalities and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all operational processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize service delivery.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure operational excellence.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Infor CloudSuite EAM.
• Proven experience in operations management within a manufacturing or service environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
