Job title: Module Engineer
About the Role This role requires regular onsite presence to fulfill essential job responsibilities and focuses on owning critical high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes that enable rapid device miniaturization and mass production of integrated circuits.
What You'll Do
- Own and operate high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes to enable device miniaturization and mass production.
- Conduct tests and measurements to ensure control over critical dimensions and defectivity of the process line.
- Recommend and implement modifications to operating the equipment to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques, and optimize production output for existing products, while meeting safety, quality and cost indicators.
What We're Looking For
- Experience owning and operating critical high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Ability to conduct tests and measurements to control critical dimensions and defectivity.
- Strong capability to recommend and implement process improvements to increase production efficiency and output while adhering to safety, quality, and cost considerations.
- Willingness to work onsite in Penang, Malaysia.
