You will contribute to the design, optimization, and enablement of advanced manufacturing processes in Intel's semiconductor packaging technology development. Your work supports next-generation device architectures and helps Intel meet performance, yield, and reliability goals for high-volume manufacturing.
What You'll Do
- Drive technology development and enablement for both high-volume manufacturing and future technologies.
- Lead the design and development of advanced manufacturing processes, including materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to shape the technology roadmap and enable next-generation device architectures.
- Help Intel meet product performance, yield, and reliability standards while advancing high-volume manufacturing capabilities.
