About the Role
Marvell is seeking a Ph.D.-level intern to work on model correlation and signal integrity for data center packaging. The role involves working with package designs and EDAs (HFSS, ADS), applying design constraints, and contributing to best-in-class package designs and measurement instrumentation for high-speed interfaces.
What You'll Do
- Work with the package designs and EDAs (HFSS, ADS) used in industry.
- Apply design constraints and trade-offs to be considered in industry.
- Help optimize package designs, measurement instruments, and high-speed interface performance while aligning with industry requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Student in Master or Ph.D preferred degree program
- Existing understanding of semiconductor packaging/integration technology such as signal/power integrity, mechanical and assembly process
- Familiar with lab measurements using VNA and calibration kit
- Proficient in Python for test scripts
- Experience with Cadence tools such as APD or PCB Editor
- Ability to present data and ideas to a diverse audience

Compensation & Benefits
- Expected base pay range: CAD 32 - 43 per hour
