About the Role The Model Based Systems Engineer will design and integrate model-based solutions for Dayton, OH-based programs. The role focuses on MBSE practices to support system design, analysis, and verification across the development lifecycle. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain model-based system architectures and MBSE artifacts
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and test teams to ensure integrated solutions
- Support requirements analysis, trade studies, and system verification activities What We're Looking For
- Familiarity with MBSE methodologies (SysML a plus) and systems engineering basics
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience) Nice to Have
- Experience in defense or aerospace programs
