Mobile Repair Technician

About the Role Likewize Europe GmbH operates Samsung HomeFix in Germany in partnership with Samsung Electronics. We are expanding in southern Germany and seek an experienced mobile repair technician to deliver on-site service for customers in the Munich/Augsburg region and beyond in southern Germany. You will work from a fully equipped Samsung-certified repair vehicle, travel to customers' homes or workplaces, and complete most repairs within 60 minutes using Samsung original parts. This is a permanent full-time position with a German employment contract. You will be part of a small, well-established technician team already active in Hamburg, Bremen, Düsseldorf, Köln, Frankfurt, Dortmund and Hannover. The central workshop is in Heiligenhaus (NRW). What You'll Do

• Conduct on-site repairs of Samsung smartphones and tablets at customer locations from the company repair vehicle.
• Diagnose device defects and perform quality repairs using Samsung original parts and Samsung-certified tools.
• Communicate professionally with customers during the appointment.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and manage spare parts inventory and intake/outtake.
• Adhere to Samsung HomeFix service standards and Likewize privacy and information security policies.
• Maintain detailed repair documentation and administrative records. What We're Looking For
• Residence in the Munich/Augsburg area or willingness to relocate (relocation costs not covered).
• Valid German Class B driver's license; driving eligibility confirmed at onboarding per our company car policy.
• Practical experience repairing smartphones, tablets or other small electronics; ideally in a professional or certified repair environment.
• Confident, customer-oriented German communication; English skills acceptable for internal communication.
• Reliable, self-organized and capable of working autonomously from a mobile workshop without daily supervision.
• EU work authorization.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, customer-focused, mobile service environment. Compensation & Benefits
