About the Role
Audatic, part of the Sonova Group, builds systems to run deep learning experiments for real-time speech enhancement. The role focuses on designing, maintaining, and extending the experimentation infrastructure and tooling, with ownership over portions of the codebase and CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate closely with DL engineers and data scientists to improve robustness and efficiency. What You'll Do
- Design, maintain, and extend our system for running deep learning experiments, with Python-based tooling
- Own the experimentation framework, including databases, virtual machines, cloud compute resources, and scheduling systems
- Proactively identify improvements to make infrastructure more robust, efficient, and user-friendly
- Develop tools for better insights and control over ML experiments, including our custom experiment control and visualization website
- Leverage CI/CD to minimize repetitive tasks and automate workflows
- Take ownership over parts of codebase and infrastructure and advocate for continuous improvement What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong proficiency in Python with clean, maintainable code
- Experience with technologies in our stack (Ubuntu, Docker, Slurm, MongoDB, Postgres, Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana, TensorFlow, CUDA, React, FastAPI)
- Knowledge of common software design and architecture patterns
- Excellent communication skills with full professional proficiency in English
- Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to new tools and environments Nice to Have
- Experience designing and maintaining a deep learning infrastructure
- DevOps experience and experience working with cloud providers (Azure)
- Familiarity with Python scientific computing packages (NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn) Compensation & Benefits
