About the role

We are seeking an experienced ML Engineer to join a cutting-edge TechBio startup located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role offers the opportunity to build deep learning architectures from scratch, taking ownership of the entire machine learning pipeline from architecture design to training, inference, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop novel deep learning models and architectures.

• Lead end-to-end ML system development including training, inference, and deployment.

• Collaborate closely with scientists, immunologists, and bioinformaticians to solve complex problems.

• Work on advanced techniques such as diffusion models, graph neural networks (GNNs), and point cloud processing.

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

• Experience: 4 - 8 years

• Salary Range: 40 - 70 LPA
