About the Role The MKO Set-up Tech C (2nd Shift) supports production by setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting equipment with guidance from management or qualified associates. This role helps ensure equipment readiness and quality across the operation.

What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and maintain equipment as needed to support operations.
• Make professional and lasting modifications and repairs to existing equipment with direction from management or qualified associates.
• Responsible for cosmetic criteria as specified and communicating criteria to employees.
• Relay pertinent product and quality related information to Operators, Inspectors, Supervisors, and peers, in both written and verbal forms.
• Documentation of production, maintenance, and QC audits performed.
• Organize and maintain the order and cleanliness of equipment, storage areas and the department as a whole.
• Other duties and projects, as required by production and business need.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Successful completion of Mechanical Aptitude test.
• Established ability to identify and communicate issues and offer proposed solutions.
• Great attention to detail is required.
• Ability to manage interruptions in a professional and respectful manner is essential.
• Above basic math skills and reasoning ability.
• Moderate computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Forklift certification.
