Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist & Waiter/Waitress to join our team. This hybrid role requires a dynamic individual who excels in both cocktail creation and front-of-house service. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mixology, a flair for customer engagement, and a commitment to delivering a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mixologist:

• Craft innovative and classic cocktails with precision and creativity.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Ensure consistency in drink presentation, flavor balance, and quality.
• Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies, and minimizing waste.
• Engage with guests to recommend and customize drinks based on preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.

As a Waiter/Waitress:

• Greet and seat guests warmly, providing attentive and personalized service.

• Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.

• Offer menu recommendations, upselling specials and signature cocktails.

• Ensure tables are set, cleaned, and maintained to a high standard.

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues promptly.

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure seamless service.

• Process payments and handle cash/card transactions responsibly.

• Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mixologist/Bartender and Waiter/Waitress preferred.

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and food pairings.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end hospitality environment.

• A keen eye for detail and passion for crafting unique experiences.

• Must be reliable, professional, and a team player.

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
