About this role
Overview
A Mixologist is needed to join the team on a full-time basis at a location on the Lekki–Ajah Expressway, near Conservation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare classic and signature cocktails
- Develop seasonal drink menus
- Manage bar inventory and stock control
- Maintain beverage safety standards
- Deliver excellent guest experiences
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience as a Mixologist or Bartender
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and non-alcoholic drinks
- Creativity and passion for mixology
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and events
- Relevant certification is an advantage
