About This Position

The Mixologist is not just a bartender — this role is responsible for crafting exceptional drink experiences, driving bar revenue, and elevating the overall guest journey.

You will lead the creation of signature cocktails, ensure consistency in drink quality, and maintain speed and excellence during high-volume operations. This role blends creativity, precision, and performance under pressure.

Responsibilities

• 1. Cocktail Creation & Innovation
• Design and execute signature cocktails aligned with the brand identity
• Continuously innovate new recipes, seasonal menus, and premium offerings
• Standardize recipes to ensure consistency across all shifts
• 2. Drink Preparation & Service Excellence
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standards
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and presentation during peak hours
• Deliver a premium guest experience through engaging and professional service
• 3. Revenue & Upselling
• Actively upsell premium spirits, cocktails, and bottle service
• Recommend drinks based on guest preferences
• Contribute directly to increasing bar sales and average spend per customer
• 4. Bar Operations & Control
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar at all times
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs
• Minimize wastage and ensure proper use of ingredients and tools
• 5. Team Collaboration
• Work closely with Bar Backs and Waitstaff for seamless service delivery
• Guide junior staff on drink preparation and bar standards
• Support training and onboarding of new bar team members

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a premium bar, lounge, or nightclub

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar techniques

• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced nightlife environment

• High attention to detail and presentation
