About the Role We are seeking a self-motivated Bakery Mixing Room Manager to lead our daily mixing operations in our production facility. You will supervise the mixing team, oversee production flow, and maintain strict quality control to ensure products are accurately formulated and delivered on schedule. What You'll Do
- Lead daily mixing operations and coordinate with production teams
- Supervise the mixing team, assign tasks, and monitor performance
- Oversee production flow to ensure on-time, accurate formulation and delivery
- Maintain strict quality control standards and compliance with safety protocols What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in production management or bakery operations
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Ability to supervise a team, manage schedules, and ensure quality
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and overtime Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 80,000 - 110,000 per year
- Full-time role based in Braintree, MA
- Includes early mornings, weekends, and overtime
