Job title: Mitigation Manager
About the Role Mitigation Manager leads a team of mitigation crews and coordinates on-site response after disasters to restore properties and provide extraordinary customer service. Based with Paul Davis, this role focuses on leadership, safety, quality work, and delivering Best in Class results in collaboration with insurance providers and customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of professionals serving others after disasters, directing tarping, board up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services and carpet cleaning/re-installation in accordance with Paul Davis and industry specifications.
- Ensure your crews are ready each morning via a team huddle, meet clients and adjusters on site to aid issue resolution, provide professional opinions, and perform quality control through re-inspections.
- Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked trucks and all company equipment; be accessible by phone and participate in on-call schedule; coordinate with other departments to ensure work is profitable and on schedule.
- Be a great representative of our brand and deliver an exceptional customer experience even under stressful conditions.
