About the Role The position is a scientific field service role for Hematology/Oncology (SF1) covering the Münster-Dortmund area, within Amgen's German sales organization. You will advise clinicians with scientific data and translate insights into sales impact as part of a cross-functional team.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert advice and support to physicians in clinics and practices in Hematology/Oncology.
- Present the clinical value of Amgen products to patients and clinicians based on scientifically validated data/studies.
- Translate scientific insights into sales results using digital communication and presentation media.
- Collaborate closely with teammates and specialists from Key Account and Product Management, regional Medical Project Management, and regional Value & Access teams.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in natural sciences with knowledge per §75 AMG (or equivalent qualification).
- Ideally at least 3 years of pharmaceutical field sales experience in competitive markets.
- Knowledge of Hematology/Oncology and customer contacts in the territory is desirable.
- Interest in and openness to digital communication/presentation media.
- Very good German and English skills (written and spoken).
- Marketing- and sales-oriented mindset and working style.
- Convincing presence and ability to build and maintain networks.
- Strong communication, organizational talent, and teamwork.
- This position is fixed-term for 2 years.
Nice to Have
- Experience with hematology/oncology and established networks are an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital tools for communication and presentations is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- Gross annual salary: EUR 71,684.00 to EUR 96,984.00 (varies with qualifications and experience).
