Deine Aufgaben

Beschaffung von Waren und Dienstleistungen:

• Indirekte Bereiche (z. B. Bürobedarf, IT, Wartung)
• direkte Bereiche (z. B. Rohmaterialien, Dienstleistungen für Produktion, Handelswaren)

Durchführung der Einkaufsprozesse:

• Sourcing von Produkten/Dienstleistungen
• Lieferantenauswahl
• Bestellabwicklung
• Vertragsverwaltung
• Überwachung der Lieferantenleistung

Bearbeitung von Produktionsaufträgen:

• Anlage und Pflege von Produktionsaufträgen im ERP-System
• Sicherstellung der rechtzeitigen Materialverfügbarkeit für Produktionsaufträge
• Abstimmung zur Termin- und Mengenklarheit
• Prüfung von Auftragsbestätigungen der Lieferanten im Hinblick auf Bedarfe
• Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Einleitung von Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen

Profil

• Grundkenntnisse im Einkauf/Beschaffung durch Berufserfahrung; kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung wünschenswert
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise ERP-Systeme
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Teamorientiert, kommunikationsstark und serviceorientiert gegenüber internen Bereichen
• Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in Prozesse und Standards
