About the Role
The Mission Engineering Project Manager leads cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical engineering programs for MTSI. You will manage project scope, schedule, and technical performance for mission engineering initiatives in Alexandria, VA.
What You'll Do
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for mission engineering programs
- Coordinate with systems engineering, software, test, and customer stakeholders
- Manage budgets, schedules, risk, and change control
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of project management experience in engineering programs
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
