About the Role The Mission Engineering and Operational Analysis SME provides subject matter expertise to support mission engineering, systems analysis, and operational assessment across programs. This role focuses on analyzing complex systems, informing design decisions, and supporting program reviews and engineering trade studies. What You'll Do
- Provide subject matter expertise in mission engineering and operational analysis for programs and proposals.
- Develop and apply analytical models, simulations, and methodologies to evaluate system performance and risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable engineering insights and recommendations.
- Support program reviews, trade studies, and technical briefings for leadership and stakeholders. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in mission engineering, operational analysis, systems engineering, or a military/defense context.
- Proficiency in analytical methods, modeling/simulation tools, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
