About the Role Join Minit Stop as a Shift Manager at the Hawi, Hawaii location. You’ll help run daily store operations, lead and train staff, and oversee inventory to ensure friendly service and quality products for customers. What You'll Do
- Supervise daily store operations and front-end staff
- Train team members on procedures, customer service, and safety
- Manage inventory levels and product availability
- Ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must obtain TB clearance, Safe Food Handler, Class C UST certification, and county liquor cards within 60 days
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods
- Meet legal credentials to sell alcohol/tobacco Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $21/hour (onsite, full-time)
