We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Mini‑Grid Systems Development Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT) / Lagos (with oversight of nationwide business operations)
About the Role
- Lead solar hybrid mini‑grid projects nationwide, from site origination to commissioning. Responsibilities include feasibility studies, regulatory approvals, financing, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
Requirements

Degree in Electrical/Energy Engineering, 4+ years’ mini‑grid experience, proven track record, strong knowledge of NERC/REA regulations.

N500,000 - N550,000 including performance bonuses, HMO, Pension & Travel Allowances.
