Job Description
- Drive and manage equipment like rock drills, continuous miners, and massive haulage trucks.
- Assist in maintaining equipment, clear away loose rock and debris, and load and stack materials.
- Handle and position explosive materials and prepare blast holes to safely extract minerals.
- Ensure strict compliance with mining and environmental laws.
- Protect mining sites, personnel, and assets from theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
Requirements & Qualifications
- First School Leaving Cert, SSCE/GCE/NECO, OND and NCE.
- Physical fitness, stamina, and basic mechanical aptitude are essential.
- Previous working experience or on site working experience is additional advantage.
